Planning
Before the building begins, we'll meet with you on site to go over the project. That's everything from bathroom access to alternative accommodation if you need it.
Communication
Communication
Once the slab is laid and the prenail is on site, we'll provide a projected build programme. You're welcome to join on-site meetings at key stages. Weather can sometimes cause delays — we'll keep you informed if anything affects the schedule.
Handover
Handover
Just before handover, we'll invite you to a walk-through to identify defects or omissions. Following this, we'll send you a preliminary settlement statement. Then on handover day, we'll pop the champers with you to toast a job well done!
